I had been going to another practice for years. However they’d sold to a corporation, it was difficult to reach them, etc., and I wanted to change. My PCP recommended Dr. Chan. I went to her because my eyes were terribly irritated. Her office scheduled me the same day I called, and Dr. Chan was wonderful. She diagnosed the problem and prescribed drops that took care of it. I had to email her over a weekend with a question, and she responded the same day. Today I went for a follow up and annual eye exam, including contacts. She had ordered a new type of contacts for me, after listening to my issues with the ones I’d been using. The new lenses are great, and my vision is 20/20 with them. Dr. Chan is friendly, knowledgeable, empathetic, explains everything thoroughly, and she listens. It’s clear that she loves her work. The technician, Maria, is also extremely nice and competent. The women at the front desk are kind, welcoming, and friendly. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience, and highly recommend Dr. Chan.
