In order to ensure clear communication between our patients and physicians, we make use of Partners Patient Gateway. This is a safe and secure online portal which provides a number of benefits, including the ability to:
- Communicate with your doctor’s office online
- Make routine inquiries and requests online at your convenience
- Request appointments and medication refills
- Cancel appointments
- Update any changes to your address and/or insurance
- View and set appointment reminders
- View limited medical history such as your medication and problems list
